Form 433 (A) (Installment Agreement including negotiation with IRS) $ 750

Form OIC (Offer in Compromise) FEDERAL (Not a guarantee) $5000 and up

Form OIC (Offer in Compromise) NC STATE (Not a guarantee) $2500 and up

Penalty Abatement Form 843 (nothing is guaranteed) $ 350 and up

Consultation (go over withholding, QB, business start up, entity selection etc) $150 per hour

If you owe the IRS and want to know your options then we need a 2848 and make a call to the IRS and we will talk to you about a plan.

Form 2848 (Power of Attorney) $200 Individual & $300 Married (this is one call to IRS and talk about a plan with client only)
